Senior Community Nursing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PCN Lead Nurse to join our Community Nursing teams within the Maidstone ABC/Central Primary Care Network area.
The successful candidate will provide senior management and leadership within the four teams aligned to work with the PCNs, working closely with the operational manager to lead on quality, performance, workforce, and finances, as well as daily supervision of the community nursing teams.
Main DutiesThe role will focus on leadership and coaching, including overall management of the team to provide assurance of standards, adherence to KPIs, contractual expectations, and CQC requirements.
You will be responsible for line management of aligned Band 6 and 7 staff, supporting proactive management of their caseloads, and working closely with other specialist services, GP's, Social services, Hospices, and other MDT partners to provide an integrated approach to caring for patients in their own homes.
The PCN Lead will focus on enhancing the quality of patient care, local provision needs, while encouraging the development of staff and service.
