Job Title: Prison Recovery Worker

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prison Recovery Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Healthcare. As a Prison Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users, providing individualized support and guidance.
  • Support service users from the point of entry into custody, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
  • Conduct thorough screenings, assessments, and develop personalized recovery plans to address the unique needs of each service user.
  • Deliver one-to-one interventions, fostering a supportive environment for individuals to overcome addiction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within the Substance Misuse field, with a strong understanding of health issues related to substance abuse.
  • Excellent key working and care planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Current prison clearance is desirable but not essential.
