About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring that our residents receive a high level of service and support.

The successful candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with experience of working in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, co-ordinating activities and events, and providing a first-class service to our residents.

You will be a trusted and approachable member of our team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a love of working with people. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

You will have a strong administrative background, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will be able to work independently, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
