Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Elior. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the till point efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standard
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and special offers to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
