As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the company's infrastructure and services that support business operations. This includes ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing IT support, communications, and utilities, and maintaining an efficient and reliable business environment.
- Develop, Implement, and Maintain Quality Management Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in line with UKAS 17025:2017, ISO 9001:2015, and PED 2014/68/EU standards.
- Oversee Infrastructure Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's infrastructure, ensuring efficient and effective support for all business operations.
- Provide IT Support: Provide IT support, ensuring all hardware, software, and network systems are functioning optimally.
- Conduct Regular Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop Quality Control Processes: Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance product and service quality.
- Train and Mentor Staff: Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare and Present Reports: Prepare and present reports on quality performance and improvements to senior management.
- Liaise with Regulatory Bodies: Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors to maintain certifications and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes.
