About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our Home Owners.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and coordinate activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of our Home Owners.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring high-quality services are delivered.
  • Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living sector. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
