Job Title: Group Leader, Risk Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Leader, Risk Management to lead our team in defining and implementing effective risk management strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, logistics, and systems engineering, with experience in working with complex systems and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure the success of our projects.
  2. Lead a team of risk management specialists to identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management is integrated into all aspects of our projects.
  4. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Provide training and guidance to team members on risk management best practices and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, logistics, or systems engineering.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, logistics, or systems engineering, with a strong background in risk assessment and mitigation.
  3. Proven track record of leading teams and developing effective risk management strategies.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize risks.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
