Location: West Midlands - 3 days in the office + flexible start/finish times
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + more
A specialist challenger bank is seeking a Senior Proposition Manager with strong Bridging and Commercial lending experience to lead a brand new role and drive the bank's lending proposition forward.
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing bank and be at the forefront of their Commercial & Bridging lending markets.
You will:
- Lead the end-to-end development of mortgage propositions within Bridging and Commercial
- Ensure all propositions are customer-centric
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Build effective working relationships with relevant teams across the business
Requirements:
- Commercial and/or Bridging lending proposition/product development experience
- Ability to build propositions using a combination of market, competitor, customer, and staff insight
- Experience working with stakeholders and leading/working groups
