Job Summary: SF Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to visitors and ensure they receive relevant assistance and information.
  • Answer switchboard calls promptly and accurately, passing on messages and enquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with literature.
  • Arrange meeting room bookings and Zoom links for virtual meetings as required.
  • Distribute incoming post and ensure outgoing post is collected and courier collections are arranged.
  • Order tea, coffee, and milk supplies, and maintain a tidy kitchen area.
  • Ensure office facilities, including the photocopier and shredder, are in good working order.
  • Manage organisational email inboxes and respond accordingly.
  • Order general office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.79.
  • A full-time equivalent salary of £23,000.
