Senior Customer Engineer - Switchgear Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute project tasks on low voltage switchgear systems
  • Diagnose and resolve site-related issues and failures
  • Conduct preventative maintenance for all low voltage switchgear systems
  • Engage in effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee site documentation and safety protocols
  • Be prepared to obtain security clearances and travel as required
  • Participate in an on-call schedule as necessary

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position
  • Relevant engineering qualification
  • Strong professional communication abilities
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards
  • Willingness to work extra hours when needed
  • Valid driving license

Preferred:

  • Background in Electrical Engineering
  • Familiarity with PC software applications
  • HND/HNC certification
  • Experience in troubleshooting and testing electrical panels
  • Proficiency in low voltage switchgear and protection devices
