Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle, providing clear and concise information about estimated costs and timescales.
  • Job Card Management: Produce and update job cards on in-house computer systems, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work.
  • Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, including any delays or changes to the original estimate.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and complete invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell service plans and other products to customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with motor dealership database software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • OTE: Circa £35,000 per annum, based on individual performance.
