Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to join our team at ID Logistics and Transport Ltd. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing payroll, benefits, and people data through our HR & Payroll system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our HR & Payroll system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Provide training and support to site-based people teams to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain complex data sets and reports for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on payroll and benefits.
  • Experience in implementing HRIS software and managing payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
