About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Resiliency Analyst to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations in the event of a disaster or disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IT risks
  • Design and implement disaster recovery solutions to ensure minimal downtime
  • Conduct regular testing and training exercises to ensure preparedness
  • Provide guidance and support to IT teams on disaster recovery best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Strong technical skills, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Guidewire, and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
