Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual looking for a challenging role in sales? We are seeking a Field Sales Agent to join our team in East Anglia, covering areas such as Norwich, Great Yarmouth, and Lowestoft.

About the Role:

As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling EE products door-to-door, working directly with your Franchise manager to represent the EE brand in your community. You will be expected to:

  • Engage with customers and convert prospects into successful customers
  • Work to sales targets and KPIs both individually and as a team
  • Act as a representative of the EE brand during customer meetings and presentations
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of sales
  • Report and provide feedback to management using data
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior persuasion skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Ability to travel within your designated area
  • Right to work in the UK
