Job Title: Field Sales Advisor

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual looking for a challenging role in sales? We are seeking a Field Sales Advisor to join our team in East Anglia, covering areas such as Norwich, Great Yarmouth, and Lowestoft.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to represent the EE brand in their community by selling EE products door-to-door. As a Field Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for converting prospects into successful customers, working to sales targets and KPIs, and maintaining customer accounts and records of sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Door-to-door activity to promote EE products and services
  • Convert prospects into successful customers through effective sales techniques
  • Work to sales targets and KPIs, both individually and as a team
  • Act as a representative of the EE brand during customer meetings and presentations
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of sales
  • Report and provide feedback to management using data
Requirements:
  • Be over 18 years old, as you will be signing customer contracts
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be able to travel within your designated area
  • Be super confident and resilient, maintaining a positive mindset
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Have brilliant persuasion skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Excellent data analysis skills
