About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Investment Director to join our team at GroupM. As a key member of our Global Investment team, you will be responsible for delivering work across a global client base, including The Coca Cola Company, Adidas, Mars, Google, and Bayer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and mentor local market investment leaders to ensure success in delivering against key client accountability KPIs and maximizing the agency's Performance Related Fee.
  • Oversee and quality control the design, development, and implementation of the EssenceMediacom Global investment pricing strategy for one or more key clients.
  • Work closely with account and commercial teams to ensure a smooth and connected workflow across deliverables for clients.
  • Lead a team comprising Associate Directors and other members to ensure they are consistently delivering at high standards across clients.
Requirements
  • Proven in-depth media experience gained in an investment/accountability department, media agency buying department, or media auditor.
  • Solid knowledge of media buying and performance tracking, particularly for TV and Digital.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong empathetic leadership and team management skills.
