About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Investment Director to join our team at Wpp Group. As a key member of our Global Investment team, you will be responsible for delivering work across a global client base, including top brands such as The Coca Cola Company, Adidas, Mars, Google, and Bayer.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their investment goals and develop strategies to deliver best-in-class value and KPI evolution. You will be responsible for advising and mentoring local market investment leaders, sharing global strategy and best practices, and ensuring the effective implementation of our global investment pricing strategy.

You will also lead a team of Associate Directors and junior team members, ensuring they are consistently delivering high standards across clients. You will provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and become experts in accountability and media buying.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global investment pricing strategies for key clients
  • Advise and mentor local market investment leaders to ensure success delivering against key client accountability KPIs
  • Share global strategy and best practices on pricing and accountability
  • Lead a team of Associate Directors and junior team members to deliver high standards across clients
  • Work closely with account and commercial teams to ensure a smooth and connected workflow across deliverables
Requirements
  • Proven in-depth media experience gained in an investment/accountability department, media agency buying department, or media auditor
  • Solid knowledge of how media buying and performance tracking works, particularly for TV and Digital
  • Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills and great attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and presenter with strong empathetic leadership skills
  • International experience preferable but not essential
