As a Workday Graduate SMART Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our global customer base, leveraging our cutting-edge Smart Automated Testing, Audit, and Shield Applications.

• Perform in-depth analysis of customer test coverage to identify areas for enhancement and improvement.
• Liaise directly with customers to provide tailored support and guidance as part of our Smart Gold Service.
• Design, build, troubleshoot, and perform Quality Assurance on customer test packs, ensuring seamless integration with their test strategies.
• Train and educate customer teams and colleagues on the Smart Test, Audit, and Shield Applications, fostering knowledge transfer and expertise.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Smart Product Suite, suggesting new features and functionality, and collaborating with development teams to bring them to life.

• Currently studying towards or already obtained a Level 6 bachelor's degree in a relevant technical and/or business subject.
• Excellent customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
• Capable of working within teams and alongside customers, as well as individual tasks with limited supervision.
• Exposure to software development, business analysis, or quality assurance/test consulting environments.
• Knowledge of trends in information technology and quality assurance, especially 'Cloud' computing and SaaS concepts.
• Experience of working within a Software Application Support Environment.
• Experience of the Workday Application Suite.
• Developed understanding of manual and automated testing.
