As a Workday Graduate SMART Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our global customer base, leveraging your expertise in cloud-based smart automated testing, audit, and shield applications.

• Perform in-depth analysis of customer test coverage to identify areas for enhancement and improvement.
• Liaise directly with customers to provide tailored support and guidance as part of the Kainos Smart Gold Service.
• Design, build, troubleshoot, and perform quality assurance on customer test packs, ensuring they align with customers' test strategies.
• Train customer teams and colleagues on the Smart Test, Audit, and Shield Applications, promoting knowledge transfer and expertise.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Kainos Smart Product Suite, suggesting new features and functionality, and collaborating with development teams.

• Currently studying towards or already obtained a Level 6 bachelor's degree in a relevant technical and/or business subject.
• Excellent customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
• Capable of working within remote teams and alongside customers, as well as individual tasks with limited supervision.
