We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Credit Controller to join our team at The One Group in Milton Keynes. As an Apprentice Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our consolidated invoice ledger, processing incoming funds, and compiling credit exposure and ledger reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update the consolidated invoice ledger to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Process incoming funds and post payments to debtor accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
- Compile credit exposure and ledger reports to provide insights into our financial position.
- Produce monthly statements and send dunning letters to customers with outstanding debts.
- Chase customers for overdue debts to minimize financial risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our team and customers.
