About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Bond Docwra Property. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for finding R2R deals, booking property viewings, and securing development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure R2R deals for our leasing team
- Coordinate property viewings for directors and negotiate prices
- Secure development projects for Bond Docwra Group
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with landlords and agents
- Previous experience in R2R or residential lettings
- Candidates with R2R course experience will be considered, with a selection process to assess knowledge
- Graduates welcome, with salary dependent on experience
- Deal Sourcers with a passion for property are encouraged to apply
Working Arrangements
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Competitive salary range: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
- 40 hour working week
