About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Care First 24 Ltd. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, including cerebral palsy, learning difficulties, and epilepsy.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication management, personal care, and mobility support.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including cerebral palsy, learning difficulties, and epilepsy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic life support and first aid training.
  • Valid DBS check.
