About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support Worker to join our complex service in Bournemouth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs to lead the best life possible.

Our ideal candidate will have a Level Three in Social Care or extensive experience in mental health, autism, and challenging behaviours. A great sense of humour and the ability to reinforce positive behaviour support are essential.

You will be adept at connecting with people and passionate about supporting independent living. As an excellent mentor, you will share your skills and experiences with colleagues.

We offer specialist training opportunities, including Positive Behaviour Support methods and intensive training with professionals.
