Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practice in early years education and childcare.
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure the individual needs of each child are met, including supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
- Support and mentor the nursery team to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care and education.
