About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Physiotherapy Team Lead at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in a mental health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and responding promptly to referrals, undertaking patient assessments to identify and prioritise patient needs before planning and delivering the appropriate and relevant interventions either on an individual or group basis.
  • Ensuring the effective and efficient management and control of junior staff.
  • Maintaining and developing close working relationships with other professionals within the multidisciplinary team to ensure that clinical practice is in line with company policies and procedures and complies with statutory regulations and quality standards.
  • Contributing to business growth by actively promoting the company's therapy service in line with the local unit's business plan.
  • Maintaining effective communication links with patients, relatives, carers, and purchasers throughout the patient's rehabilitation.
  • Experience of working in mental health and ideally in an inpatient setting.
  • Can manage your own caseload, cooperate with other therapists, and supervise Student Physiotherapists to organise, prioritise, and deliver therapy to meet patients' clinical needs.
