Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, prioritizing safety, quality, and production volume. The role involves working closely with the Engineering Team Leader and adhering to GMP, Safety, Quality, Operational, and Engineering procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support production by prioritizing safety, quality, and production volume.
  • Ensure all work is documented through the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), shift handovers, and PM worksheets.
  • Awareness of site performance and KPIs, and support others to achieve targets for safety.
  • Identify and control spare stock holding and procurement linking into PM system and CMMS.
  • Carry out continuous improvement tasks identified within the area.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, Safety, Quality, Operational, and Engineering procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days and nights.
