Quantity Surveyor Opportunity at Brandon James Ltd

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd, a leading consultancy in London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our projects, including prime residential, heritage, education, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration roles, pre and post contract, on high-end residential projects.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, with a degree in a related field.
  • MRICS or working towards, with support provided.
  • Excellent cost planning and contract administration skills.
  • Strong communication and technical knowledge.
  • Experience working in a Cost Management/Cost consultancy environment.
