Job Title: UK Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing activities for Lingo across all channels. This role is pivotal in increasing awareness, consideration, purchase, engagement, ROI, and business growth within the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute compelling consumer campaigns, outlining propositions, benefits, and execution plans for the UK market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UK and Global Lingo marketing teams and external partners to create and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Alignment and Approval: Ensure all marketing activities are aligned and approved by relevant functions, including Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Public Affairs.
  • Creative Development: Create briefs for internal and agency partners to develop creative assets that meet marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
