About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Rotork. As a key member of our Group Finance function, you will play a critical role in driving financial transformation and delivering a more focused finance operating model to drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop efficient and effective financial planning and analysis processes
  • Generate insight and analysis to assess performance against our Growth+ strategy
  • Identify business issues, analyze numbers, and help shape targeted actions to deliver overall group performance
  • Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller to drive financial transformation and improve commercial performance
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant with experience managing a FP&A software implementation
  • Knowledge of Power BI and OLAP Cube
  • Experience working within a Global or matrix organization
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills
