Drive Financial Transformation and Commercial Performance

This is a key role in driving the financial transformation that is being implemented across Rotork's Group Finance function, as well as delivering a more focused finance operating model to drive commercial performance.

As a Group Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for developing efficient and effective processes, generating insight and analysis to assess performance vs our Growth+ strategy, and helping shape and define targeted actions to deliver overall group performance.

By putting the spotlight on the right things, this role will play a key part in enabling the business to understand what needs to be done to achieve or exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and procedures
  • Generate insightful analysis to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial performance
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant with experience managing FP&A software implementations
  • Knowledge of Power BI and OLAP Cube
  • Experience working within a Global or matrix organisation
