Position Overview

Senior Business Consultant - Process Optimization - Financial Services - Client Relationship Management

An exceptional opportunity awaits a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant with the ability to foster robust and enduring relationships with stakeholders, particularly in the realm of Financial Services and Client Relationship Management.

Your role will involve performing a comprehensive business impact evaluation, focusing on the transition from the existing client management system to a new, enhanced platform, along with its associated operational framework. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from various departments and regions to ensure that the specific needs of the UK market are effectively represented in project discussions. Additionally, you will devise a tailored strategy to facilitate the migration process, accommodating varying levels of system readiness and contributing to the successful implementation of that strategy.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle
  • Gain insights into and articulate the operational intricacies that underpin client onboarding and ongoing account management within a delegated operational framework
  • Advocate for UK-specific requirements during project discussions
  • Analyze current processes and the technologies that support them
  • Conduct thorough business impact assessments and identify discrepancies between the current and future operational states
  • Assist in migration testing aligned with project readiness milestones
  • Outline decommissioning requirements for the legacy client management system post-transition
