We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and entertained.
  • Being familiar with current promotions and products, enabling you to make informed recommendations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Offering a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our guests.
  • Meeting daily and weekly targets, contributing positively to the team's success.
  • Displaying a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to customer requests in a polite and efficient way.
  • Replenishing stocks to ensure our customers have access to products at all times.
  • Promoting the use of Grosvenor Membership cards and Rank Omni Channel/Digital offers through positive customer interaction.
