Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Cisco Video Conferencing technologies.
  • Offer technical support for audio and video conferencing setups in various meeting spaces.
  • Install and verify the functionality of audiovisual devices such as projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, cameras, and video conferencing tools.
  • Diagnose and rectify issues related to audio, video, and connectivity within conference facilities.

  • Engage in the planning and execution of audiovisual system upgrades and improvements.
  • Conduct routine maintenance assessments on audiovisual equipment to ensure peak performance.

  • Provide training and support to end users on the effective utilization of conference room technologies.
