Reach International is working with a leading Global Accountancy firm to appoint a Pension Audit Manager to its Bristol office.

The Role

  • Manage client relationships with a diverse client base, fostering strong partnerships and delivering exceptional audit services.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities, driving growth and expansion in the audit sector.
  • Develop and lead a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Contribute to the development of group strategies and HR-related activities, aligning with the firm's overall vision.
  • Ensure audit assignments are executed within budget, time, and resource requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent, with a strong background in audit and accounting principles.
  • Proven experience in Pensions Audits, including the Pensions SORP, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
