The Role
- Manage client relationships with a diverse client base, fostering strong partnerships and delivering exceptional audit services.
- Identify and develop business opportunities, driving growth and expansion in the audit sector.
- Develop and lead a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Contribute to the development of group strategies and HR-related activities, aligning with the firm's overall vision.
- Ensure audit assignments are executed within budget, time, and resource requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent, with a strong background in audit and accounting principles.
- Proven experience in Pensions Audits, including the Pensions SORP, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
