Job Description

Everec is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our automotive engineering programmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive programme plans, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Project Management: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, suppliers, customers, and senior management, to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilisation of personnel, tools, and technologies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Programme Management Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale automotive engineering programmes, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and engineering principles.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
