Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at James Gray Associates. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll processing for over 1500 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for a large employee base with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer-focused payroll services to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Manage payroll-related tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Produce detailed financial reports for the Finance team to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain employee self-service accounts and provide guidance on payroll-related queries.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in processing payroll for a large employee base (over 1000 employees).
  • Full end-to-end payroll processing experience is essential.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
