About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment team in the Asset Management and Major Projects sectors.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a diverse range of duties, including designing and publishing job adverts, issuing contracts, and maintaining spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify candidates' RTW documents and qualifications
  • Work closely with the recruiter to source and shortlist candidates
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for short-term contract roles
  • Screen enquiries and requests with a professional telephone manner
  • Manage highly confidential information with discretion
Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize workload to achieve targets.

You will have experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
