Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living skills, including mobility assistance and medication management.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in favourite activities, hobbies, and interests.
  • Support individuals to develop and maintain their independence, promoting self-advocacy and decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
