Job Title: Procurement Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Systems Analyst to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme, you will play a critical role in enhancing and improving the UK's defence supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) regulations for both instances of Sage.
  • Guarantee the continuity of Sage ERP to support operational P2P delivery in line with customer expectations.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of existing and new systems requirements to support all related functions across Team Leidos.
  • Support the drafting and issuing of business requirements on behalf of the business to Leidos Europe IS for onboarding/migration of contracts.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to agree technology approaches, such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), to support benefit realisation across Team Leidos.
  • Develop and maintain accurate system reporting, ensuring timely submission.
  • Contribute to achieving 3WM in a timely manner, including supplier payment reconciliation through internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Support the development of LSL tools, processes, and procedures to enhance Team Leidos Transformation.
  • Stay up-to-date with Leidos Architecture and related business systems, specifically Sage ERP, through Continuing Professional and Personal Development.
  • Adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) obligations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Numerate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of Information Technology/Systems.
  • Full Driving License for customer/supplier/site meetings.
  • Experience with procurement tools such as SAGE ERP.

Clearance Requirements:

  • BPSS Clearance to Start.
  • SC Clearance for the Role.
