Job Summary:
The Procurement Systems Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of Sage ERP to support the operational P2P process, ensuring compliance with MHRA regulations, and proactively participating in the development and implementation of existing and new systems requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure both instances of Sage are compliant with MHRA regulations
- Ensure the continuity of Sage ERP to support the operational P2P process
- Proactively participate in the development and implementation of existing and new systems requirements
- Support the drafting and issuing of business requirements on behalf of the business to Leidos Europe IS
- Support discussions to agree technology approaches with Suppliers
- Support system reporting development, accuracy, and timeliness
- Support teams to contribute to achieving 3WM in a timely manner
- Actively support the development of LSL tools, processes, and procedures
- Continuing Professional and Personal Development to ensure an understanding of the Leidos Architecture and related business systems
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Numerate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to understand Information Technology/Systems
- Full Driving License to facilitate Customer/Supplier/Site meetings
- Experience of using procurement tools such as SAGE ERP

- Clearance for Role: SC
