About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Kitchen Stewarding team at Hyatt Regency & Hyatt House Manchester. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food and beverage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with kitchen porter duties, including pot wash, dish wash, and general cleaning duties, to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Support the receiving and storage of goods, including deliveries and inventory management.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen and food and beverage areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary operational team to ensure seamless service delivery.
