  • Develop and deliver training programs to key target stores, building relationships with optical professionals and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, sales, and finance, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize commercial dashboards and reporting to identify sales and product trends, maximizing opportunities for growth and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain and uphold ZEISS Vision Care values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven academic qualifications, such as a degree or equivalent.
  • A strong track record of sales and revenue growth, with a proven ability to drive business expansion.
  • Experience in optical dispensing and retail sales.
  • Demonstrable experience in optical training and education.
