Job Summary:
Mitchell Maguire Careers is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Engineer Carpentry & Joinery to support our building engineering service and maintenance contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to plumbing, heating, ventilation, and general building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with installation and maintenance of heating systems, including manual handling of associated equipment.
- Carrying out or assisting with installation and maintenance of ventilation systems.
- Measuring, cutting, and threading pipes.
- Tracing pipework and preparing the work area.
- Carrying out carpentry, joinery, plastering, tiling, and smaller plumbing and electrical works.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a multi-trade engineering role, with a focus on carpentry and joinery.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Manual handling skills and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
