Position: Retail Merchandise Strategist
Role Overview:
- Oversee Direct-to-Consumer channels, including Ecommerce and Retail operations.
- Evaluate and interpret trade analytics, offering insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Direct seasonal product planning and initiatives.
- Coordinate range development and budget planning on a seasonal basis.
- Engage with cross-departmental teams for inventory management and business insights.
- Assist in formulating markdown strategies and retail replenishment processes.
- Create precise reports and streamline planning methodologies.
- Support various projects and analyses as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience with P&L management and strong financial acumen.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Shopify, NetSuite, and PLM systems is advantageous.
- Capability to adapt to new technologies and systems for enhanced analysis.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail operations and systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Background in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
- Committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Positive demeanor with robust project management capabilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
- A degree in fashion merchandising or fashion business is beneficial.
