Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planning Strategist to join our team at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. As a key member of our product team, you will play a critical role in shaping our inventory and financial strategy to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and margin growth across our product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies, manage profitability, and react to change.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to inform our financial planning.
  • Forecast and implement product distribution strategies to optimize inventory levels and drive sales.
  • Present selling and inventory analysis to senior leadership, providing insights on customer behavior and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in merchandise planning or a related field.
  • Passion for the A&F brands and a commitment to excellence.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in a team-based setting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complex information to senior leaders.
