Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Create and manage document files in our content management system, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.

- Project Support: Collaborate with the Data Management team to develop project plans and ensure timely completion, driving efficiency and productivity.

- Issue Escalation: Proactively identify and escalate publishing issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.

- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency, accuracy, and quality.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data quality, data management, and Master Data Management, with a proven track record of leading data quality projects.

- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and administrative management skills. Ability to understand and adapt to new processes and changing needs.

- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with publishing content management systems is a plus. Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data management best practices, and industry standards.

- Additional Requirements: Familiarity with current Data Management tools and platforms, experience with SQL, Python, and knowledge of data streaming technologies is a plus.
