Location: This position is fully site-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address significant issues by escalating them to the IS Technical Services Manager or Team Lead.
  • Maintain high standards in safety, health, and quality while fostering teamwork.
  • Provide a reliable and cost-effective infrastructure for business operations.
  • Support core server environments in alignment with service level agreements.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with team members and vendors as necessary.
  • Ensure timely processing of IS Change requests for service enhancement.
  • Build strong relationships with other IT Operations teams to improve support and communication.
  • Stay updated on new technologies to inform decision-making.
  • Participate in technical briefings and support groups.
  • Understand and develop support system roadmaps.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience as an IT Systems/Infrastructure Server Engineer.
  • Proficient in VMWare, Linux, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Dell/HP hardware support and patching.
  • Knowledge of Windows Infrastructure components, including Active Directory and Group Policies.
  • Ability to manage server certificate updates.

All candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for this role.
