Position Title: Compliance Risk Management Senior Analyst

Role Overview:

  • Serve as the Issue Quality Coordinator, contributing to the effectiveness of the Issue Management program.
  • Facilitate the Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) to identify and evaluate significant risks.
  • Engage in the creation, development, and implementation of Compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate compliance risk assessment documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and legal obligations.
  • Investigate compliance-related risk matters and assist in formulating responses.
  • Oversee compliance with established Compliance Risk Policies.
  • Develop and maintain materials pertinent to the Compliance program.
  • Remain informed about changes in regulations and emerging compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in compliance or a related discipline.
