Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist – Facilities Management Provider

Salary: Up to £43,000

About the Role:
An excellent chance to become part of a reputable facilities management company has emerged. CBW Staffing Solutions is actively seeking an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to enhance their team.

The successful candidate will be tasked with executing both scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks in collaboration with the on-site maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting lighting installations, troubleshooting, and lamp replacements
- Performing emergency lighting inspections
- Managing control panels
- Replacing ballasts
- Monitoring BMS systems (including temperature regulation)
- Carrying out various mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
- Keeping maintenance logs updated
- Addressing plumbing issues, such as unblocking toilets
- Maintaining pumps and motors

Candidate Requirements:
- Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
- City & Guilds 18th Edition certification
- Ability to provide evidence of trade qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial property maintenance
- Multi-skilled with strong communication abilities
- Client-facing experience
