About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at AJ Chambers ® in the Professional Services sector. As a key member of our Finance team, you will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding new clients onto our internal system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data management.
- Processing payments and bank statements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Providing full administrative support across the Finance team, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Responding to calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Welcoming clients attending the office and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating events with precision and efficiency.
- Assisting with general office duties, including maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
